“Quality healthcare. Promised.” has meant the same thing here since day one: a doctor who knows you, close to where you live.

Where people start

Chances are one of these is you.

Getting back to a doctor after a long gap

It is common to go years between primary care visits. A first appointment is mostly conversation: what you have been dealing with, and what is worth keeping an eye on.

Keeping the doctor you already have

If your Medicare Advantage plan contracts with PromiseCare, you may be able to keep seeing the same doctor. Member services can check before you change anything.

Helping a parent with their care

Many people manage appointments for a parent. You can come to the visit, and with your parent's written permission the office can speak with you directly.

If you are 65 or older

Most plans cover your yearly visit in full.

It is the appointment that catches things early. Your doctor reviews your medicines, checks how you are getting around at home, and updates the plan for the year. Most plans cover it at no cost to you.
